Lake Tahoe Fairytale Styled Session

It was cold. Freezing cold. A few seconds longer and I think we all would suffered frost bite. The snow was packed hard. Slippery and icy. And did I mention I’m 32 weeks pregnant with twins? With all of that, this styled shoot was totally worth. But I was also wearing a down feather coat, fleece gloves, and thickly lined boots with even thicker socks. Kaylee? Well, she might have been just a little colder than I was, but she couldn’t have looked more stunning!

Stepping out of the car was nothing short of magical. Like stepping straight through the wardrobe into Narnia. Exaggerating? I’d like to say not. The snowy pathways lined with Aspens. Crunching snow under our feet as we trekked through the groves of white trees. Complete with a dark-haired beauty dressed like a princess. Yep, definitely Narnia. The magic of a this fairytale wonderland just almost made us forget about how cold we were. Almost.

It may not have been Narnia, but Lake Tahoe definitely didn’t disappoint with the views and scenery. Thank you Kaylee and Josh for fighting the cold to create this beautiful session!
